Smoked Salmon Cucumber Rounds

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Cold-Smoked Salmon – sliced
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Rind
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Bunch Fresh Dill – little sprigs
- 2 English Cucumbers – sliced into rounds
Directions:
- Mix together cream cheese, lemon rind, sea salt and garlic powder
- Once mixture is creamy, transfer to a frosting bag and attach a large star tip, or use a small spoon
- Squeeze a dollop of cream cheese onto each slice of cucumber
- Top each round with a curled up slice of cold smoked salmon, and a sprig of dill
