  • 1/2 lb Cold-Smoked Salmon – sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Rind
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Bunch Fresh Dill – little sprigs
  • 2 English Cucumbers – sliced into rounds


  1. Mix together cream cheese, lemon rind, sea salt and garlic powder
  2. Once mixture is creamy, transfer to a frosting bag and attach a large star tip, or use a small spoon
  3. Squeeze a dollop of cream cheese onto each slice of cucumber
  4. Top each round with a curled up slice of cold smoked salmon, and a sprig of dill
