100g DODONI Feta
Red pepper for garnish
200g finely chopped bacon
For the pesto sauce:
2 tablespoons ALTIS Oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
Wash the potatoes and bake them in aluminum foil in the oven until soft. When ready, cut in half and place in an oven dish.
Mash the central part of the potato to prepare an opening. Fill with a tablespoon of pesto sauce on each potato half. Sprinkle with the chopped bacon and then with the crumbled DODONI Feta cheese.
Put in the oven for ten minutes at low temperature.
Garnish with red pepper and serve
