- Chicory 4 head, remove leaves
- Apple 1 each, green, cored, sliced
- Celery 1 stalk, sliced
- Roquefort 100 g, crumbled
- Walnut 50 g
- Chives 6 each
Arrange the chicory, apple, celery, Roquefort and walnuts on a plate, season with salt and pepper and garnish with the chopped chives.
